Christening Card...

My cousin Meredith's baby girl Indira is getting baptized soon, so i made this sweet little card for her. I just love Pretty In Pink and Chocolate Chip colours together....

Just had to add this into the post....i got to meet Indira for the first time last night! She is sooooo adorable!!  Such a good baby too!!

Stamp Club - September 2010

Today i am flying to Toronto to visit family for 2 weeks! So excited to go home!!

Organized Chaos

Hard at work...here's my craft corner....just testing out my boyfriends new HD camera....i'm so jealous i want one too!  I'm busy preparing all my supplies for my class and workshop in Ontario...i have one more day left til i fly out Tuesday morning!!

Cutting and Prepping Night!

Sorry for the late post, but i've been busy cutting and preparing all my cards for my Stamp-A-Stack Class! I'm all done!! :) I've got 2 more days to finish all my stuff and pack it in my suitcases...hope everything fits! Fingers crossed!! ;) I also made some cute little thankyou gifts for everyone who comes to my class or workshop! I'll post those after my class....but they are so cute, can't wait to show you all!
So here's what i've accomplished tonight... Feels so good to get everything organized! My box of tools and supplies is getting bigger and bigger...i think my large suitcase will be filled! No room for clothes!! LOL

One more work day for me until vacation!!!! Hope tomorrow goes by fast! Can't wait to go home and see my family and friends!!!  :)

Christmas Card #3- stamp-a-stack class

Here's the final card for my Holiday Stamp-a-Stack class Oct. 8th...
It's a Glittery Christmas!  We're going to use the new Silver Glass Glitter, as well as do a little embossing with the Iridescent Ice powder and the Heat Tool! This is going to be a fun class! Here's the next christmas card we will be making at my holiday Stamp-a-Stack...
it's a Vintage Christmas Tree...using the new Deck the Halls DSP...and i LOVE the new rhinestones! They really do look like diamonds, i've used other kinds in the past, but these really do sparkle more!

Christmas Card #1 - from Stamp-a-Stack Class

Here's the first of 3 christmas cards we will be doing at my Holiday Stamp-A-Stack class Oct. 8 in Welland, ON at 6:30pm....
We will be doing the Spotlight Technique and using the new Jolly Holiday Designer Series Paper, as well as one of my favourite christmas sets Holiday Lineup!

Layout of the Week #8

WICKED FUN!
I've had these pictures for almost 2 years and have been waiting to do a fun layout with them, finally i've done it!! With the help of some Wicked Fun DSP, Raven Lace Trim, and Silver Glass Glitter, how could you go wrong!? These photos were from my friend/upline's Halloween party 2 yrs ago, it was such a fun time! Wasn't Allison's Joker makeup awesome!

I'M DONE!!!!!!! :)

FINALLY!!
I just put the last ribbon on, and boy my fingers hurt! LOL So here's the finished products....also a fun little timelapse video of me tying the last 20 or so ribbons on the toothpicks! Also a couple pics of how i attached the toothpicks onto the decoration, i had a few people asking... Now onto the next couple dozen projects i have to finish this week before i fly home for my brother's wedding!!

I sticky taped the toothpick to the back of the Scallop Punched front...

Then sandwiched the toothpick between with a circle punched piece stamped with the 'Made with Love' stamp from Art by Design set.

And....tada!

Whew! feels good to gets these out of the way!

Cupcake Decorations....Production Night!

So i'm well on my way now to finishing these cupcake decorations for my brother's wedding. He's getting married Oct.2, i'm flying home (Ontario) in 10 days!!! Can't wait! But i've got so much to do before then!! But here's a few pics of the process...i'm doing close to a hundred, enough for decorating half of the cupcakes...Also when i get home i have to BAKE all the cupcakes too!! :)  So tonight i've been spending the last 2 hours Stamping, Sponging, Punching, Sticky taping and toothpicking, then ribbon tying!! LOL This was all my idea too! But i've got my GLEE playlist going and feeling good!! :) Don't Stop Believin'!!! ;)

Sneak Peek Christmas Frame...

So i just got the new Big Designer buttons in the Deck the Halls colours....they are beautiful! and BIG!! i've had a beat up frame i've been wanting to do something with, so i started working on it tonight. I'm using the Deck the Halls Designer Fabric as well as the Wood Sheets...i will post a pic of the finished product in a few weeks cause i'm planning on giving this to a certain somebody soon... :) Can't spoil the surprise, but here's a few pics of some details i've finished...

I was testing my new Smooch Spritz in Log Cabin and accidentally got a bit on the buttons, but i like it!

Layout of the Week #7

I'm lovin' this new layout...only cause the photos are hilarious! These are a collection of pics of me and my boyfriend Carlos 'rockin' our shades'... these were taken at a Banff gift shop this past March and i've been wanting to do a layout for some time. I used 3 of the new In Colours for this layout...Poppy Parade, Concord Crush and Pear Pizzazz...

And i used my new Junior Alphabet Sizzlits!! LOVE THEM!
