I made this layout a day prior to finding out my mom's orange kitten Jack had to be put to sleep for getting FIP, a rare disease most likely given to him by his stray mother. It's been a sad few days here, but I've taken tons of photos of Jack interacting with his big sis Sugar and auntie Lola through the last 5 months we had him. Here's a layout I did of Sugar and Jack play fighting.
I miss you so much little Jack!!

Simple Stories - Say Cheese!
Last month I got to play with the fun and magical line 'Say Cheese' from Simple Stories for my Design team at The Scrapping Nook.
I love how it has such a Disney theme, so I had to go way back to my trips to Disney World 10 years ago! It was so much fun creating these layouts!
lighting wasn't good for this one...

I (Heart) Summer Class....Simple Stories
If you are in the Niagara Region, I am teaching a class using the Simple Stories I (heart) Summer line. It will be held at The Scrapping Nook in Port Colborne on Sunday July 14 at 2pm. We will be doing a double layout as well as 2 single layouts. You will receive the 12x12 paper pack with 2 sheets of stickers and transparent overlays, plus cardstock stickers, brads, extra paper and bingo cards for only $22!! It's a steal! There will be TONS left over for you to keep creating at home! This line is full of fun bright colours and summery images, I love it!
These are the samples of what we will be doing, however you are free to change up the details to fit your own photos. If you are like me, I like to have my photos printed out and ready for scrapping, rather than leaving it blank and adding them later....so take a look and decide what you want to fit in each layout.

-scissors
-cutter
-adhesive
-dimensional pop ups
-white gel pen (I will have mine if needed)
-pen for journalling
Hope to see you!

Father's Day Card
I'm doing a swap for masculine cards, and thought it would be perfect to do a Father's Day card. My mom found a piece of fabric so I decided to make a shirt card. I just cut the top and folder it over to make a collar. Then added some buttons and a little pocket. I stamped 'dad' with Stampin' Up's Sweet Shoppe alphabet set. Then finished it off with a cute little 'hi' wooden pin from Little Yellow Bicycle.
