Spa Day!

I spent a relaxing afternoon with my mom at Hannah's Euro Spa in Thorold, ON. My lovely friend Carrie is the owner and does everything herself! We had her new Thai Foot Massage and I also had a pedicure with bright coral nail polish! Carrie just moved into a new house and made the front of it into her spa. The decor was beautiful and very inviting! I wish her all the best in her business!

Flight home...

I flew home to Ontario on a few days ago to visit family for 2 weeks. I got some nice photos to share of the past few days...

Crazy Hail Storm!!

If you live in the Calgary Area, or Alberta in general, you're used to crazy hail storms out of the blue...but this was the first one I've seen with hail the size of golf and tennis balls! Insane!!

Vintage Postage Layout

I had fun making this layout! I had this photo of my brother Taylor sitting on my desk for awhile, I just needed the right inspiration, and papers! Everything here is new products from Stampin' Up! including Postage Due stamp set, and coordinating papers...I love the new Chevron Embossing Folder too!
The background paper is already embossed with a woodgrain on it, but I stamped and spritzed it, then wiped off the excess with a sponge.

This was the day I surprised him for his birthday this past January...it was such a great moment seeing his face when he saw me come out of the kitchen...I'll never forget it!

Lola's Layout

I made this quick and easy layout using the Afternoon Daydream Simply Scrappin' Kit from SU!  I love the colour combo. Gray is one of my fave colours right now. This layout is about my Lola, the cutest kitty around!

I showed her this scrap page, and she loved it...even stepped right on it and creased the cardstock! LOL
