Grilled Veggie Sammies!

These are my go-to sandwiches to make for dinner! Healthy and filling!!

I just buy a good hearty bread to grill, this one is from the grocery store bakery...Roasted Garlic and peppercorn!! Then I grill portobello mushrooms, red onion, red pepper, and zucchini. Then add some feta cheese and some Asiago & Artichoke dip. I found a new one made with greek yogurt by SummerFresh! Tastes about the same as the original and waaaaaay less fat and calories!!!! Check it out!
